During this session, the person is comfortably seated on a chair or lying on a couch while the therapist induces deep relaxation through breathing exercises. In this process, we regress to past life(s) with the aim of gaining self-knowledge and evaluating lessons. By conversing with your spiritual guides, Source, and your higher self, we will have the opportunity to ask for help with your physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
